We are based in South West UK so our stock is posted out from there.

Postage within the United Kingdom £5.00 and £1.00 each extra item.
Postage to Europe £15.00 and £1.00 for each additional item.

If ordering from outside Europe for international please email me with your order and I will calculate postage and send out your order.

We send all our goods registered and tracked internationally.

We make every possible effort to source our items individually. They are beautifully made by craftspeople, womens groups and artists in Africa. As such, they have their own character, a 'finger print' of the artist - we believe this is what makes them special and unique.

If you are not completely satisfied, we can accept returns within ten days on the website sales.

However the item must be in exactly the same condition as we sent it. We retain the right to refuse refunds based on the condition of the returned item. The purchaser is responsible for all return postage/ courier safely back to us.

Items bought as seen at trade fairs. No returns.

Please contact me for trade prices if you would like bulk orders on any items. 

We do not refund our shipping costs.
